TOURISM
Fees:
Valid for stays up to 3 months, multiple entries: $80.00 (USD)
Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Passport photograph
- Completed application form
- Copy of round-trip ticket or itinerary

BUSINESS and/or LONG TERM
For business visas valid for up to three months, fees are the same as for TOURISM, and requirements are the same plus a recommendation from the company or business organization in Madagascar.

For stays longer than three months: visas are issued by the Ministère de l'Intérieur (Ministry of the Interior) in Antananarivo. Applications can be filed directly with the Ministry or at the Embassy of Madagascar in Washington for travelers who are residents of the US.
