  • National Housing Corporation (NHC)

    NHC is under the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Settlements Development. The Ministry is represented by the Board of Directors which is responsible for the corporate policies and strategies. The day to day management of NHC’s business is overseen by the Director General who is responsible to the Board of Directors. Effective from July, 1994, the Corporation’s portfolios have been divided into profit centers which are income generating and self-sustaining directorates and cost centers which play a supportive role. This role mandates the NHC to undertake an array of business.

  • ASSOCIATION OF CITIZEN CONTRACTORS TANZANIA (ACCT)

    ASSOCIATION OF CITIZEN CONTRACTORS TANZANIA (ACCT) is a contractors association registered in February 2011 under the Societies Act, cap 337 R.E. 2002 with objectives to safeguard the Tanzania local contractor’s interests and advocate professionalism in the Tanzania construction industry.

  • Tanzania Private Sector Foundation (TPSF)

    Tanzania Private Sector Foundation was formally incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap 212) on 4th November 1998. It was established as a company limited by guarantee in order to promote private sector-led social and economic development in Tanzania and specifically it is aiming to carry out the following functions:
    - Providing member organizations with services they value
    - Understanding and representing their common interest
    - Engage the Government in effective advocacy and lobbying

  • Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade)

    The Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade) was established by the Tanzania Trade Development Authority Act No. 4 of 2009. Her establishment followed a repeal of the Act of Parliament No 15 of 1973 that had established the Board of Internal Trade (BIT)and the Act of Parliament No. 5 of 1978 that had established the Board of External Trade (BET) and. TanTrade is mandated among other things is to implement the National Trade Policy, the National Export Development Strategy, the Trade Integration Strategy and the Agricultural Marketing Policy and other sectoral policies all which aim at developing and promoting Tanzania’s internal and external trade.

A short abstract is no more than 500 words can be submitted, along with a biography of the presenter. Abstracts will be submitted to and discussed by the advisory board. All abstracts must be submitted to jason@expogr.com
