  Option No.1 : - One Person with Single Room US$ 880
  Option No.2 : - Two Persons with One Double Room US$ 1,280
  Option No.3 : - Two Persons with Two Seperate Rooms US$ 1,700
 
Visitors Declaration :
We hereby apply for Option No.   costing US$ as above. We declare that we have agreed to the terms & conditions of the contract overleaf. Please issue an invoice enabling us to effect payment.
 
Payment Terms & Bank Details

- Int’l Companies to pay by Telex Transfer in Favour of “EXPOLINK EXHIBITIONS ORGANIZERS”.
- Bank Account No. 1100615953, CITIBANK, PO. Box 749, Dubai, U. A. E. Swift Code : CITIAEAD.
- Full Payment to be made within 10 Days of receiving our confirmation and invoice.
- The package is for a minimum of 5 nights only. Additional nights, if required will be charged extra.
- The organizer will claim 50% of the booking amount in case of cancellation by the exhibitor 30 days or more
- before the exhibition. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the exhibition, the organizer will   claim100% of the booking amount
