The culmination of the 21st KITE Africa headlined success with exhibits patronizing the rising consumer industry at the 3 day event in Nairobi. The expo gathered accolades for its innovative displays, business interactions and trade opportunities. Held at the prestigious Kenyatta International Convention Centre, the exhibition was inaugurated by the Principal Secretary for trade from Kenya’s Ministry of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives, Dr. Chris K. Kiptoo CBS. The organizers, Expogroup welcomed guest and dignitaries from all over the world. The multi sector exhibition stretched for three days starting from the 4th to the 6th September 2018, in the capital city of Kenya, opening its doors to over 4800 visitors from different countries. Running co currently were the 21st Foodagro Africa, 21st PPPexpo Africa, 21st Medexpo Africa & 20th Indusmach Africa, exhibitions that focused on the industry’s growing consumer friendly innovation, gadgets and solutions. An ensemble of products, equipments and services offered by over 200 companies from 30 countries such as Kenya, Latvia, Germany, Belgium, India, China, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey, UAE, Singapore, Korea, China, Switzerland, Italy and many more were collectively available for trade and display at the exhibition. Exhibits included agricultural products & solution, medical equipments, pharmaceuticals, plastic & packaging solutions, food products, beverages, juices, hospitality support, printing gadgets, machinery, clothing and textiles, accessories, footwear, household appliance, electronics, hardware tools and more

The event creates a supreme juncture for local trade visitors to cooperate and source the latest products and innovations directly from the exhibitors. The multi sector trade show is also scheduled for Tanzania and Ethiopia, two of East Africa’s other prominent economies.

- 2nd  EITE  – 21th to 23rd March 2019, Millennium Hall, Addis Ababa , Ethiopia.

 

Talking about the event the Marketing Manager said , that the “Kenya’s consumer market is poised for considerable expansion in the coming years, boosted by consistent GDP growth, a growing middle class with increased purchasing power and the development of new shopping malls and e-commerce portals.
