CONSTRUCTION WORK IN FULL SWING THE TALLEST BUILDING IN AFRICA

'The Pinnacle’ in Nairobi, Kenya, with a height of 300m is on track to become the tallest skyscraper in Africa, easily exceeding South Africa’s 223m Carlton Centre. With the foundation stone laid by Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, construction has begun on the mega structure.

New multiuse project planned for Kiambu county

 Premier real estate developer Cytonn Investments is planning to construct a US $125m residential-cum-commercial development project in Kiambu County, Kenya. The project will accommodate 6,500 people and also comprise of a five star hotel.

Tallest building in Africa - Construction work begins

 Work has commenced on the construction of Africa’s tallest building in Kenya. His Excellency; the President of Kenya laid the foundation stone to this landmark project recently. The twin tower development dubbed Pinnacle Towers will have 70-floors with mixed-use purpose, and will be located in Nairobi’s Upperhill area. 

Kenya beginning construction of the largest dam in East Africa

Kenya is on it's way to construct the the largest dam in East Africa. Thwake dam will be constructed in the Eastern part of the country.

On 15th Nov 2017, the government signed a Ksh.36.9 billion contract with Chinese contractor China Gezhouba Construction Group Corporation, paving way for work to start. As a part of the Vision 2030 initiative, this project is jointly funded by the Keny. . .

Kenya-Tanzania, transnational highway project set to start in 2018

 With the African Development Bank (AfDB) looking for financial partners capable of investing US $385.2m towards the construction of the highway connecting Kenya and Tanzania, construction work on the US $751.3m Kenya-Tanzania Highway is set to begin in 2018.
