A Swedish investor wants to test Kisumu’s real estate appetite with Sh48-million villas. City Lodge Hotel Group has made plans to set up a US $23m 3-star hotel in Kenya at the Runda Estate. Construction works are expected to start in January 2015 and is to be ready by October 2016.
